BEK is the leading brand of Innovative Tacos in Japan.

A: The phrase “drinkable tacos” was naturally created by customers and on social media after experiencing BEK’s tacos.It expresses the extraordinary juiciness and the unique texture that melts in your mouth.However, at BEK, we do not consider this just a trendy or catchy phrase.We see it as a carefully designed and reproducible dining experience — one that answers the question,“why does it feel drinkable?” From ingredient combinations and moisture balance to cooking techniques, tortilla design, and even the way the dish is presented, it is an intentionally created phenomenon.BEK defines this experience not as a temporary feature, but as a new category of tacos, which we call “Innovative Tacos.”In other words, “drinkable tacos” is a symbolic characteristic of Innovative Tacos — a gateway into the deeper value and concept created and defined by BEK.

A: BEK creates a new genre, not just a trend. We focus on a Craft Style driven by human sense and technique rather than mass production. The definitive difference lies in providing an "entertainment-based dining experience" where ingredient potential, precise flavor design, and the creator-led atmosphere are integrated.

A: We define our stuff as Entertainers who Create smiles and moving experiences, not just servers. From the precise flavor design in the kitchen to the atmospheric direction of our multicultural floor team, we aim to deliver dreams and hope through food.

Q: Do you have any recommendations?
A: Our signature menu item, "Gold Experience," is a highly popular dish that represents the very origin of the BEK brand, where our Creators meticulously manage the cooking process to create a perfect harmony of savory beef and rich, melted cheese. Additionaly, our much-discussed "Wagyu Cheese Birria" is a rich and luxurious masterpiece symbolizing Innovative Tacos, featuring a dense Wagyu umami and a "harmony of spices" designed with absolute precision. These are a new category of tacos brought to you by the Okinawa-based brand, BEK.

Q: What are the ingredients for tortillas?
Our tortilas are wheat-based but fermented with yeast over time, like bread. This "fermentation (time)" maximizes aroma, umami, and texture. Each one is handcrafted by our Creators in our dedicated kitchen―a 100% original creation from Okinawa.

Q: What is the difference between blue tortillas?
A: These Innovative Tacos use rare blue corn, which features a deep, unique aroma and richness. It is designed not just for visual impact, but to perfectly complement the umami of slow-cooked Wagyu, creating a three-dimensional finish in aroma and texture.

Q: Do you offer a vegetarian menu?
A: Yes! We offer items like the "Maitake Mushroom Taco" and "Avocado Salsa with Sour Cream." Even vegetarian guests can enjoy the unique BEK Innovative Taco experience.

Q: Do you have non-spicy options?
A: :Yes, many! Most of BEK’s Innovative Tacos focus on ingredient umami and are not spicy. For spicy food lovers, we offer the "Nashvile Armageddon," featuring the world’s hottest Carolina Reaper pepper.

A: All BEK restaurants are equipped with a mobile ordering system. Customers can smoothly check menus, place orders, and make payments from their smartphones at their seats.

A: Yes, takeout is available at al locations. You can enjoy BEK’s Innovative Tacos at home or on the go.

Q: Do I eat with my hands?
A: Yes! We recommend eating with your hands to fuly enjoy the experience. We provide special gloves, so you can enjoy your meal without worrying about getting messy.

Q: Is it kid-friendly?
A: Absolutely! We offer the "Kids: Lovely Taco Plate," where children can experience making their own Innovative Tacos. It is an entertaining experience for the whole family.

Q: What is the waiting system like? (Nakameguro / Yokosuka)
A: :During busy hours, we use a digital ticketing system. Issue a ticket, and we wil notify your smartphone when your turn approaches. You are free to wait anywhere outside the line.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are welcome at our Okinawa Main Store and East Terrace locations. Please note that pets are not allowed at any of our other locations.

Q: Is there parking?
A: In Okinawa, use the Maeganeku Fishery Port lot (Main Store) or our dedicated lot (East Terrace). Our Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokosuka locations do not have dedicated parking; please use nearby public lots.
