About Blue Entrance Kitchen (BEK)
Blue Entrance Kitchen (abbreviated as BEK) is,
This original taco restaurant was born in a small village on the beautiful west coast of Okinawa.
2020. While restaurants around the world are suffering from the Corona disaster,
We dared to choose the challenge of "creating new food values.
In a small village with a beautiful sea in Onna Village on the west coast of Okinawa,
I want to create a restaurant that does not yet exist in the world."
BEK was born out of this strong desire.
Fusion of Okinawan food culture, Mexican cuisine, and cuisines from around the world.
The current theme is "From Okinawa to the World,
We are developing a one-of-a-kind entertainment innovative restaurant.
By creating a global brand from Okinawa,
Our mission is to deliver as many dreams and hopes as possible to the children of the future.
The Art Of Creating New Tacos
All menu items are developed and supervised by the owner, who is from Okinawa.
By crossing Okinawa's chanpuru culture with world cuisines, the team has created a "new taco" never seen before.
This innovation is supported by a multinational "global team.
Defined staff as "creators" and introduced a unique 9-level evaluation system.
We maintain the highest standards of service quality by offering high salary levels and career paths.
In addition, each piece is manufactured by hand in our own factory by our dedicated craftsmen.

Completely original, each piece is carefully baked by artisans in a dedicated kitchen.
