BEK is a taco brand that started in Okinawa and is now expanding nationwide.
We are working to create a brand based on food x creativity x teamwork, not just a restaurant role.
We have positions available for you to get involved with BEK in a variety of capacities, from store operations to the manufacturing floor.
Open Positions
(1) Executive Candidate (Store Supervisor/Headquarters/Business Manager Candidate)
This position is to support BEK's growth together while being involved in business and organizational development.
Store Manager Candidate / Store Manager
This role is responsible not only for store operations, but also for building the team and embodying the brand.
Assistant Manager / Leader Candidate
We are looking for people who want to be at the heart of the field and grow as leaders of the next generation.
General staff (kitchen, hall, part-time)
No experience necessary. We welcome people who like food and people and have a positive attitude.
(5) Factory: Tortilla production staff
This position is involved in tortilla production, which is the foundation of BEK.
The site emphasizes quality and teamwork while valuing handwork.
